With 12 plus years in the warehouse, I have been able to develop mastery in several logistic tools. My deep understanding of SAP is not only from a logistic view point but also from a quality perspective. This has proven to be a real asset to operations as I can assist them during hold situations lessen the negative impact on warehouse operations. As a key user I was utilized a training resource so I moved through all 4 rotations. I was proud when I realized not only did every team get qualified, but each team I was on had the best results. These monthly metrics included; # impacts, loads completed, attendance, confirmations under 2 hours, defects found and fixed, OFS completion.
